Si, vale, ya sé que llevo alargando "Diario de un becario" ni sé el tiempo, pero un problema técnico me impide publicarlo. Eso sí, en esta semana cuento con cerrar todo esto.

La verdad es que desde que he llegado de Amman he vuelto a la vida real, a la liberación de la fantasía que era vivir allí. Seguramente, de prolongar mi estancia allí, podría haber vivido las conocidas alucinaciones de los virreyes en las colonias.
Sería como en los tiempos antiguos, cuando los gobiernos enviaban a controlar territorios en ultramar a gente de la misma administración, a ejercer de virreyes.
Esta gente allí disponía de todo como si fuera propio, y aunque tuviera que responder ante su gobierno de su país, ráramente se le pedían explicaciones, haciendo normalmente lo que gustaba y disponiendo de los medios de la metrópoli para obrar en su colonia.

Muchos de estos virreyes se encontraban con que a pesar de que mandaban en territorios muy pequeños y no tenían mucho futuro allí, prolongaban su estancia allí el máximo tiempo posible ya que el retorno a su tierra significaba perder el reino de Taifas creado, convirtiéndose en uno más (o Don nadie)y no tener indígenas sobre lo que ejercer su efímero poder y no gozar además de los favores de una corte de aduladores. Era pasar de creer ser alguien a simplemente no ser nada.
Es bueno estar de vuelta.

Pero bueno, lo que no se olvidan son las amistades hechas allí. Y ellas tampoco olvidan: El sábado 1 de diciembe llega una visitaza (No es su primera vez por estos lares) y no se imagina el recibimiento que le espera en el aeropuerto.
Durante este año ha habido momentos bajos y momentos muy muy buenos gracias a los amigos que hemos hecho allí, que estaban siempre para apoyarte y animarte, levantarte el ánimo. Así, lo mismo que me dieron una sorpresa por mi cumpleaños, ha llegado el momento del payback. A ver la cara que pone con la bienvenida... la T4 se va a quedar pequeña.
Por si acaso, allí estaré con mi nueva cámara Olympus, lista para capturar el gesto. Y es que después del añito allí, me he dado cuenta que mi Sony digital no era bastante, aunque si suficiente. No me imagino estar en Amman sin una máquina de fotos.

I know that you are waitning for my fairy tale,Diary of an internship, but due to technical issues, i will post it later on this week.

Since I´m back from Amman, I feel like the fantasy i was living is over. Now, I´m facing real life, what is damn good as I wont suffer then the ilusions that old time governors suffered.

You know, governing the colony and being the highest authority there made you suffer the ilusion of being something like a king, although you had to report once in a while to the metropoli. Doing what you want and employing resources as you desire.
Many of these governors stayed in the colonies as long as they could, although the colonies were small and had not a clear future. Being back to their motherland supposed losing all the privileges they had and being just a regular citizen, not having servants or flattering counsellors anymore.
It was like thinking that you were everything and suddenly noticing you are nothing.
It´s good to be back.

But the best is that I will never forget the friends I made there. In fact, one very special friend is coming december,1st. And we will be in the airport to welcome him in the way he deserves, specially after the surprise he prepared for my birthday. It´s time for payback!

And my new Olympus digital camera will keep the memories! i got a new camera as my old Sony was not so good. Just enough.
